RATRI CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring fresh water to boil.
Add 2 gms of loose Ratri Chai (Good Night Tea) to hot water (preferably at 98 C).
Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
Strain it into a cup.
Add lemon or sugar to taste.

DOSAGE & STORAGE
Dosage: One cup of Ratri Chai (Night Time Tea) twice a day preferably between 6:00 pm 10:00 pm.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
