Part Of Plant Used Dried And Crushed Rhizomes And Roots Method Of Extraction Steam Distillation Aroma And Colour Spikenard Oil Is A Pale Yellow Or Amber Colored Liquid With A Heavy, Sweet, Woody, Spicy-Animal Odor. Therapeutic Indication Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Pyretic, Bactericidal, Fungicidal, Laxative, Sedative, Tonic Principal Constituents- Bornyl Acetate, Isobornylvalerianate, Borneol, Patchouli-Alcohol, Terpinylvalerianate, Terpineol, Eugenolandpinenes Among Others.
