Botanical Name Citrus Paradisi Origin Native To Tropical Asia, The West Indies, Cultivated In California, Florida, Brazil And Israel. Part Of Plant Used Fresh Peel Method Of Extraction Cold Expression Or Steam Distillation Aroma And Colour Grapefruit Oil Is A Yellow Or Greenish Mobile Liquid With A Fresh, Sweet Citrus Odour. Therapeutic Indication Anti-Inflammatory, Diuretic, Disinfectant, Stimulant, Antidepressant, Anti-Infectious Antiseptic, Aperitif, Lymphatic, And Tonic Properties. Principal Constituents Limonene (90%), Cadinene, Paradisiol, Neral, Geraniol, Citronellal, Sinensal, As Well As Esters, Coumarins, And Furocoumarins.
