Ossoro Ripe Jackfruit, 30 ml

Just as the tough exterior of this fruit holds golden treasure inside, ossoro has bottled this treasurable elixir of rich, ripe jackfruit. Infuse the sweet, sticky notes of this fragrant flavour into sorbets, dairy based desserts and confectionery for a heady punch of fruit. Ossoro recommends using 2-3ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100 percent vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
