Ossoro Milk Malai, 30 ml

The heart of luscious and creamy traditionally cooked malai is overwhelmingly present in the ossoro milk malai flavour which would sumptuously contribute to the making of exquisite dishes and sweet delicacies such as kulfis, payasam, pedhas, rasmalai, and fulfil. It is a fusion of cardamom, saffron with a twist of condensed milk and rich cream. Add a few drops of this flavour, which is infused in high concentration, to brace this processed dairy taste experience. Ossoro recommends using 2-3 ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100 percent vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
