Hey! Its me Coriander Powder. Proud of: My greenish-yellow appearance. Premium grade, bold, sweety-aromatic Coriander (Dhaniya) is sourced from the farms of Rajasthan. Utmost care is taken in procuring the right greenish-yellow colour and liter weight of the spice. Once sourced, the spice is transported to the factory where the seeds are cleaned and processed to eliminate any extraneous matter, before being freshly machine ground into a powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
